    Question about Duty Leveling

Alright, been playing a few weeks now decided to level up a PLD/GLD. After I get my daily reward from leveling roulette should I switch to just doing the highest level dungeon available or keep doing roulette?

The highest dungeon. There is no reason to do the roulette after the daily bonus

Yes go for the highest available dungeon after your daily roulette.

Wasn't sure if the Adventurer in need being always tank made it worth it. Been using those Seals to keep my gear at level so far.

When you do the leveling roulette for the daily bonus, you get experience bonus that evens out the discrepancy between the dungeon level and yours. If you do the leveling roulette after you've got the daily bonus, you only gain as much experience from the dungeon, as you would by queuing into it separately. If the roulette gives you some vastly lower level dungeon you get hardly worthy amount of experience. If you want to run the roulette for the role in need benefits, then go for it. But for optimal experience gain you should just run the highest dungeon you get into after the daily bonus.

If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.

For one run per day, when you have the daily bonus available, roulette beats out anything else you could run. As for what to select after that if you want additional dungeon XP:

For most jobs, it's worth selecting the highest several dungeons rather than just the highest one, just because queuing for several at a time gives a quicker queue. (You're allowed to queue for up to five at a time when not using Roulette.) For everyone except tanks, a quicker queue time can more than make up for the difference between your highest level dungeon and say your your third or fourth highest. However, since tanks tend to have such a quick queue time regardless, they don't really benefit much from this, so they'd probably get better XP just picking their highest level dungeon and queuing for that alone. (Of course, you can also add in any that drop loot you particularly want.)

The "adventurer in need" bonus is available on Roulette every time rather than just the first time per day, and is usually given to tanks, but it's not much compared to the daily bonus, and not enough to make up for a run that doesn't give much else on its own. (This is particularly an issue if the Roulette gives you a trial rather than a dungeon. Trials give virtually nothing except for the bonus. Even a low-level dungeon gives a significant amount of XP for killing all the trash mobs, but trials don't have trash mobs to build up XP from. They don't have all the loot chests of a dungeon either.)
