Installed or played games sometimes do not show up in the Radeon™ Settings "Gaming" tab.
Installing via command line may not work for some users. As a workaround please use the default GUI installer.
Intermittent hang sometimes experienced on UE4 applications.
Black screen or possible hang after launching Oculus Video Application.
DirectX®12 application frame rates are no longer locked to the refresh rate of the display panel.

Known Issues

A few game titles may fail to launch or crash if the AMD Gaming Evolved overlay is enabled. A temporary workaround is to disable the AMD Gaming Evolved "In Game Overlay"
FFXIV can experience black screen or application hang
The Division may experience flickering in AMD Crossfire™ mode.
League of Legends® may experience some graphical corruption on characters death animation in AMD Crossfire™ mode.
Rift® may experience a hang when playing with FRTC and V-Sync enabled. As a work around users are suggested to disable V-Sync.
Plants vs Zombies™: Garden Warfare 2 may experience some flickering in AMD Crossfire™ mode.
Power efficiency toggle in Radeon™ Settings is showing up for some unsupported products.
Hitman™ may experience poor AMD Crossfire™ scaling when "Super Sampling" is set to 1.5x.
Need for Speed™ may experience poor scaling or flickering in AMD Crossfire™ mode.

I've been dealing with the random black screen issue for months now. It forces me to reboot my pc all the time :/
And it's getting worse >.> lately my screen crashes within 5 minutes of playing. I'm totally unable to play >.<

I've been getting this issue too, and it makes it totally impossible to play the game. I just upgraded to an AMD Sapphire 380 GPU, since my old card died... and now I can't even play the game after receiving it. ;; I've called AMD and tried multiple "fixes", but nothing is working.

I really hope they fix this... Has anyone figured out any solutions?

Hopefully this finally gets fixed. I haven't been able to play the game on DX11 since I got my R9 380.
Yes, I can still play it on DX9, but that is NOT an acceptable fix.

Run the game in DX9. Only solution out of the many I've seen that consistently shows results (As in, we can actually play the game for more than ten minutes.)

On Windows 10 when my AMD driver crashes (i'm not on the 3xx series though) the screen just blacks out for a few seconds and the driver restarts and I don't have to reboot. I suggest trying Windows 10 on a dual boot setup to see if it alleviates a bit the issues for you.

I have been experiencing this issue since I purchased my new PC I have never had any crashing issues on my old radeon card but directX11 has been a pain for me. The only sollution that seems to work for me is running the game on directX9. I have been in constant contact with staff and honestly they have been helpful with prompt replies and were keen on trying to solve the problem but to no luck. I hope it gets fixed soon.
