    I'm always main dps.

But, I could be try start healer or tank.
I'm very scared, if I'm bad play tank or healer in finder duty.
Players go piss off at me.

But, before I did little healer from World Of Warcraft . And Tank/healer in Tera.

I don't how different class in FFXIV for Tank/healer.

I remember ago my FC talked me. Paladin is best/easy tank (also Dark Knight)
    Warrior is a bit harder.

-How healer's best/easy class? Astrologian? White Mage or Scholar?

    Thank help!

You should also be scared if you're a bad damage dealer. Just try hard, try your best.

Also, DRK isn't the easiest tank alongside PLD, in fact I'd say it's the harder of the three.

As long as you know how to read your abilities and are not working with an IQ of 50 you should be ok. (most people seem to have an issue with one of these, possibly both at times )

Tanking and healing are pretty easy, it is when you get bad / rude group members when things can go to hell pretty fast. Just tell the people you end up with it is your first time doing this, you might need a few seconds to establish threat, or so the tank knows not to massively over pull. After a few dungeons you should have everything you need down (as far as what skills are more useful to keeping people alive, or rotations to keeping threat best). Also, untill you are comfortable with tanking you may want to mark the mobs, with a 1, 2, 3, ect, ect... DPSers who understand basic number orders will then follow said numbers, makes lower level dungeons a little easier.

Getting GLD to 22, at least for - http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Provoke , will help a lot, if you decide DRK or WAR is more fun.

The Halls of the Novice can also teach you some basics involving healing and tanking as well. You also get a pretty decent set of level 15 armor, and nice exp ring (RING ) if you haven't yet gotten it.

Oh and as far as best healer goes, I think all 3 are pretty par, it is really important you get the cross class action to make each shine though. Mainly Stoneskin (CNJ level 34) and Swiftcast (THM level 26).

    http://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Scholar

Those links might help you decide what sounds most fun! (imo White Mage first, cause omg Unicorn mount? )

I enjoy playing drk as my main so I might be biased, but I think drk is the easiest tanking class, especially at low lv. Unleash does damage unlike flash and won't leave you tp starved like overpower. Plus is not overly flashy so spamming it for agro doesn't bother me. Also drk are easy to gear at lv 30 with the use of grand CO. equipment. Not to mention that the two story lines for playing drk are the most enjoyable and non-cheesy of all the fighting classes (5) I've played to 60.

For healer you might want to start with conjurer/White Mage, as it's the most straightforward of the two. It's just straight healing, and you won't have to deal with extra stuff like the cards or pet management.

If you're really worried, you might want to ask your FC to join you as a group for your first time as tank or healer. Thats what I did. They ran Sastasha with me as healer (and another one of us as a first time tank) and we did absolutely fine even with me screaming "omg were gonna die D:" the whole time. XD

I'd probably recommend starting off with White Mage for a few reasons. For starters, it starts at level 1 whereas the others start at level 30. This allows you to practice at the lower end of things when you have a smaller skillset to learn before moving on to the others. The other reason is because Protect, Stoneskin, and Cleric's Stance are all very useful, borderline essential, for healers to have.

I know how you feel there xD I mainly tank and now going for WHM just getting all the cross class skills first xD The only thing I should say is get GLA skill Provoke first it will helps you in the long run and just tell people that you are new As a main PLD and also DRK, I should say DRK is easy tank asides from Mp management since most of its skills are aoe enmity generating xD I go DRK when I want to tank an easy tank, and go PLD if I want a challenge in tanking multiple mobs.

It's not that warrior is hard to play for newbie, it's just that what people "expect" from a warrior that makes a warrior is hard to play for newbie tank players. They are expected to stance dancing 80% of the time and expected to exceed the damage of DPS classes. If you're just using defiance all the time, it's really easy to play a war, it's even easier than a pld for newbies because war is getting their tank stance at lv 30, while pld is at lv 40.
