Blocking RMT whispers with word restrictions

So I have been playing a little of Black desert and recently they had a patch. One of the additions was a word restriction chat option where the players could add a word and if that word is typed in chat it is automatically blocked. I thought this was a fantastic idea. Is there anyway to implement this in FF14? I would be really awesome to be able to use the whisper function again and not be set to *busy* all the time.

Wouldn't be a bad idea, one could just block those symbols bots spam a lot, or even just the websites themselves.
I would turn the /tell notification sound back on in an instant if this happened.

And being clientside, it wouldn't take any more server space. It would be just the client end that would choose not to show that message. That would also make it hard for the bots to adapt since there is no global "spam filter" they can just go around, but instead individual block choices.

If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.

Raise the level that a player can send tells to lv 5. This might be inconvenient to some new players or people making alts, but it would likely chop down some of the gold seller tells.

The server already flags words used, which is why they replace "o" with "0", "c" with "ĉ", etc. They also have server filter that prevent saying the same thing repeatedly, which is why they add a random jumble of letter at the end.

There is some things they can't do with blanket server blocks tbough. While they can block some obviously rmt related strings, like particular Web adresses, they can't go very far with blocking any words that have other practical uses without people crying out about it. I, for example, might want to block word 'delivery' because that's often in them. If I end up accidentally blocking a legitimate comment from a friend I have myself to blame. But if they blocked a word like that it would just cause complaints. That's the beauty of personal filters. Also people could adapt them as fast as the messages change, without waiting for them to maybe pick it up on some update.

The spammers will just adjust their messages to get around the blocks.
This has been a thread before (I started one too!).
The only way I can see is to be able to right click report the spammer and if enough people do it, it puts a block on the spamming account to prevent it from using the chat.
That puts the tool right in to the hands of the gaming community. The actions would be auto-logged, so if any group of people wrongfully reported non-spammers they themselves would be in violation.

Hire players and give them executive powers that can temporarily block a player's chat abilities and fill out definitive forms to go directly to GM's who can examine the checklist and approve or disapprove them with quick precision. Hire them with reduced play fees.
Just a quick idea. I'm sure there are holes.
