I have tried running it in full screen and windowed. Tried updating the drives for my gtx570 and windows updates.

There are no updates, so what could the problem be? Other games run fine?

googled nvd3dum.dll because that was what is making it crash as the crash report tells you (Fault Module Name: nvd3dum.dll). it said to try uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics drivers.

Well I have tried reinstall the drives but it still crashes. I even tried running it in lower resolution, but still?

nvd3dum.dll sounds like a video card issue. just my guess tho.

I would guess that this is a video card issue, what brand of GTX 570 is it that you have Hotmodi?

Also, there's a driver update out for Nvidia cards, version: 285.62 WHQL


NICNAC, I would suggest reinstalling your game, it sounds like the in-game maps on your installation are corrupted like Samidare said. =\
