Lords of Verminion Shield and Search eye cannot be destroyed

(EDIT:) Problem seems to be resolved was able to accomplish the tutorial using the same steps.

In Lords of Vermion (LoV) Shields and Search Eyes cannot be destroyed

This is my second time posting this due to the fact I was told there was insufficient information without any explanation. I re-read the guidelines to make sure I did not miss any requested details and I have provided all available information as well as followed the template for submitting. This bug is making it so no new players can participate in LoV since they are unable to accomplish the tutorial and gain access to the PvP version of the game or any other challenge.

On PS4:
Attempted Challenge one Tutorial for LoV.
Progressed as normal until you must use the Cherry Bombs to Destroy the Shield.
Moved Cherry bombs to Shield.
Unable to execute action and minions did not attempt to attack.

On PC:
Tutorial: used same steps as PC
Non-RP match:
An FC member and I qued for a Non-RP match on Lov
We both spawned four Cherry Bombs
We both moved cherry bombs to each others shields
wait to see if they would attack with no result
attempted to use the Cherry bombs action with no result
Each spawned different minions flame hatchling and small shell
Moved each set to shields and again they did not attack the shield
Attempted same process on Search eye with same results

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem as well, and due to that, I am unable to play LoVm as of now as I'm stuck at the tutorial, nor can I clear the 3 LoVm games I was hoping to do for the weekly log. Adding on a screenshot here.




As you can see from the logs, the message telling me to place the bombs have been repeating nonstop although I already place the bombs in the red square. Tried moving them to the search eye red square, and all other red squares on the map and nothing works. Tried moving the bombs one by one too, to no avail.

All other actions are unable to be made because it's tutorial. I'm also unable to logout or exit from the tutorial, from what I know, and had to wait for the time to run out to exit the session.

Never done this stuff so I decided to try today... and same issue. Bombs will not attack Shield. Sucks because it seems like a fun game but I can't complete it.

EDIT: I tried again and the only change i made was teleporting to A instead of C. This time I was able to attack the shield.

So we have always teleported to A and never had success. Im going to go back in and test to see if maybe something changed. What system where you playing on RocheKat?

EDIT: Yup its working and i tried your way then i tried the way we could not complete before and both worked so Yay looks like they have fixed it.

I am on PS4 and have had no issues since the first try. No idea what changed but I haven't had any problems since.

Found it. Wind-Up Kain renders ally Shields and Eyes with in range indestructible.

I didnt know that one existed but this was in the tutorial so no enemy minions where active at the time. But its working now so no worries
