NIN looking for an A5S+ progression group.

Hello,

I am a Ninja looking for a progression group with a casual/midcore mindset where its members would retain their willingness and motivation to clear the content, but also keep a nice, non-toxic environment within the static. Because I haven't had one since 3.2 release I still have to clear Sephirot extreme and haven't yet attempted A5S. On this Tuesday (April 12th) I will have my i230 weapon, so jumping straight to A5S is also something I can gladly accept. I am able to listen to the group on any voice communicators, however I can't talk myself. Joining any free companies is also not possible for me.
