I had to reinstall Windows 7 onto my PC after an unfortunate data corruption issue. So I began to start reinstalling everything, starting with FFXIV because I knew it was going to take a long time. It got about 60% of the way through and I got an error code that said:

"A problem occured while updating.
Please restart FINAL FANTASY XIV.
[11006][20641][20643]"

Now I've been using this link to get my launcher. Tried running it as a administrator, turning off firewall and even antivirus to no prevail. This isn't the first time I've seen errors when trying to install and download both ARR and HW. Direct X is version 11. I honestly have no idea what to do.
