One-Time Password is Invalid

I don't know if I'm the only one have this problem but since yesterday my one-time password app have been giving me nothing but invalid passwords.

I called the Support Desk yesterday and they had to deactivate my one-time password from my account and told me to get a new one. Once I did that, everything worked fine. . . for a day. Today when I tried to log in to FFXIV I'm getting the same problem, all of my one-time passwords are coming up invalid! The worse part is that the HelpDesk is only open M-F and not over the weekends so I have to wait a whole 2 days to get this issue resolved. SE really need to have 24/7 help for issues like this.

Can anyone help me with this?

Check your phone to make sure that the time AND the timezone are both correct. If the clock is off by more than a few minutes the codes won't work which might be what's happening here.

On the Android version there's an option to synchronise (the time I assume?), I don't know if there's one on the iPhone version so you could try that too.
