Please help clarify if this is correct or not

Materia doesnt work when ilevel sync is in effect, ever. It doesnt matter if, for example, you wear all ilvl 150 (or below) gear, you're still considered to be "synced". Same with wolves den, even if you're level 50, and wearing all ilvl 80 or below gear, you're still "synced" and materia gets disabled.

Yeah its crazy, and idk why pvp gear has sockets that never work, or why pvp materia is still in the game. Both are 100% pointless. (ok with the exception of desynth/spiritbonding xD very clever whoever pointed that out)
