Well that depends.
Are you planning on doing Midas Savage or no?
Personally if I went that route I'd get pieces with Accuracy appropriate for the content you run followed by pieces with critical. I'm using crafted with over melds though so I'm no rush to buy hellfire armour.
Well. Get in midas as quickly as possible. You need to complete A8 seven weeks to get the Lore weapon, which is a goodie for ninjas. If you aren't doing savage, you don't need the BIS, or not quite as quickly at least, so you can use whatever midas gear to fill out your set while you buy it. I think it's the Midas neck and lore rings that are good for nins, but I'm not in game to confirm.
Prioritise the most expensive pieces first. I know not buying things every week sucks, but your biggest upgrades are chest, legs and weapon (put the weapon aside for now, since it needs an A6S kill or 7 weeks of Midas NM). Both the lore chest and legs are good, so get them first.
There are a couple of decent accessories, but right side upgrades give you the least bang for your buck, and you don't need any of them to meet acc caps.
