But... you can? From the 3.25 patch notes:

[3.0] Players can now purchase replica anima weapons from the Restoration Node in Azys Lla (X:7.1 Y:11.2).
* The Restoration Node will appear after completing the quest "Finding Your Voice."

Nice! I thought I saw that but couldn't find it so thought I was mistaken, thanks.
