Hello there,im a ps4 player but my ps4 broke now i want to transfer my account over to the pc and i would like to know if i do that will i have to buy the heavensward expansion to for the pc? plz let me know thanks

Yes you do. If you are planning to play on a different platform, you need to buy the software for that other console.

You will have to buy both the base game and Heavensward for PC (you'll probably get the best deal if you buy them together) and register their codes on your SE account (the same one your PS4 account is on) to be able to play the PC version.

You need a separate license for each platform you play on (ps3/ps4/pc/mac), so yes you'll need to buy new copies of ARR and HW. Make sure you add the licenses to your current account through the mog station so you can keep using your current character.

On the good side, you won't need to buy a second Collector's Edition version if you got one for your ps4. A normal PC license would suffice =)
