Making reporting RMT easier for everyone

I've encountered a reporting system in another game that I truly think would benefit the FFXIV community.

Add a selection in the menu when you click a players name in chat for Report RMT Advertisement. The function of the heading is rather simple: Blacklist the target, copy the last 10 lines the target sent, and forward them to the individual(s) responsible for investigating the reports.

By adding one menu item you've made it less time consuming than having to generate a ticket for the GMs. I'm sure that the GMs would appreciate not having to use the copy & paste function as much!

With a faster system to blacklist and report the spammers to the appropriate department, more of these annoyances will be on the receiving end of the ban hammer and, hopefully, less of them in our chat window!

I like your Idea and that would be a nice addition. They could go to the root of the problem and add to the chat filer for RMT keywords and instead of jumble the words like mature language filter works, it would block the message from coming out and ban the user from chat for up to 24 hours while they can investigate the account.

Now this would be good for two reasons.

1- We would rarely ever have to worry about RMT tells anymore. If one gets through we report and they will add more keywords to the filter for the future.

2- While each account is getting investigated they can sort the new accounts (bot made) and player accounts that have been stolen. Give the stolen accounts back and quickly delete the bot made accounts.

Its really not hard and would probably take an hour or less to add a filter to chat and send the information to the RMT team.
