    Old Relic, second upgrade

    For some reason it doesn't seem like the second book I've purchased is "active". It is listing 3 Raging Harriers as under enemies to take down, but they aren't marked and when I slay them I'm getting no credit. I'm doing the quest as as a bard. Please look into this? Thank you!
