I can understand in a way though. Sure they may be mass banning people or bots but when your in game and spam is still going as if nothing has happened, then it kinda looks like nothing is being done. In a way, I guess it is kinda like an Ant infestation, you can kill 100s of em (if you ever had one, you know what I mean) and it looks like nothing is done until you remove the Queen or in this case the main source.

See, I'm aware of this, which is why I don't tend to complain the rare times Balmung actually deals with RMT spam (We don't get much, despite apparently having an issue with them in the mentor chat. It's weird.)
