This seems like drama for dramas sake and I'm shocked anyone feels bad for OP.

First, OP is treating her so-called Friend like trash because he forgot about her asinine need to change cross-class skills in the instance - all for the sake of... What exactly?

It then seems like the party was able to finish without OP at all, let alone her starting stone skin cast, so it's not like the tanks mistake caused a wipe or a fail. Even if it did, who cares? It was a mistake. Him saying he forgot was apology enough, but you decided to look at it negatively and assume it was an excuse. This situation really does not require that another person fall over themselves and they did not wrong you. They made a mistake and things didn't go as you wanted. Big deal. Run it again.

If this event was enough for you to question your friendship with someone and name-call them here, I don't see how you have any friends.

All this aside, I do find people running off to be annoying. Some tanks move so fast that even swift casting group stone skin misses them - but it's not like this will cause a death. OP sounds extremely high-maintenance.

OP would enjoy the fights more if she played the game how it was meant to be played.

FC member took time out of his day to help out. You wanted him to wait a needless 30 seconds + cast times. If he made the mistake or just got tired of it after apparently helping you out not only with story primals but with dungeons too and wanted to finish the fight, raging and getting all up and arms at him was the rude part. I would have booted you from my FC if you got all ragey with someone who was doing you a favor like that. Other people's time is just as precious as yours. SS would literally have made 0 difference in the outcome of the fight. And if it is so important for you, maybe sacrifice another skill until you get another slot open.

I don't think anyone should understand your feelings, I think maybe you should understand his/hers and maybe take a second and say thanks for taking time out of your day to help me out with all these dungeons and fights.

You fiddled about doing things totally unneeded and are now salty about it. They even finished the fight successfully with you in the pit, that shows just how little healing is required, without bothering with an unnecessary stoneskin.

tbh none of this would've saved you from landslide, stoneskin or otherwise, I think you just effed up and are now trying to make yourself feel better by blaming someone else.

In a nutshell

- You were expecting them to wait for something that never happens in 99.99% of the fights (changing your cross skills). They did not wait, but they at least waited for protect so it was not a yolo / troll pull.

- You blame your friends on a public forum :/

- You died from mechanics and left.
