Upon accepting a challenge for the LoV Tournament, it freezes on the black load screen and the match never loads. It's happened twice.

My opponent loads in but I don't. If my opponent leaves I win, if I leave they win.

The only thing that works is my chat box, so they were able to /tell me.

I'm on PS4 console.

Any help on this would be appreciated!
