PUG Linkshell

I am looking to get a PUG linkshell started. The PFs on NA servers in general are much less active than the JP community and I would like to be able to have a linkshell where people looking to pug their clears and progression each week can get together. Not everyone can commit to the same day/time each week for a static, but still want to progress end game content... I would like to do this for those kinds of people.

Here is my view of what this linkshell would be and how it would work.

This is not a place to come and get carried on your clears.
Be able to clear the SSS dummy for the floor you are looking to clear.
Watch guides/pov videos/know strats for the fight you are looking to pug.
Do not join a group if you cannot stay for a whole lockout or the whole group agrees to run for less time.
No rage-quitting on a group you don't feel is good enough. Everyone has to learn and that will cause wipes.
This is not a place for three strikes and reform, but it is also not expected that everyone is flawless.
Give and take criticism respectfully. That is how people improve.

If anyone violates these rules, they will be removed from the LS.

If the idea takes off, I would like to setup a public access teamspeak server for PUGs to use and a google docs of members with their main/alt classes. It would also be nice to keep track of members current furthest progression.
