    Did they nerf Speedy Recovery III?

    I can't tell if it works on potions, and green panels anymore.

    I sacrificed winning some matches to make sure I was walking at snail pace. Recovery 3 still affects potion and panels. It just speeds up on the bar so fast it feels like it doesn't. Still the best passive ability IMO.
