I would only use Blood for Blood for Living Dead. Problem is you still take so much damage. "Improved" blood for blood is SO much better then the first one its not funny. I think they should nerf the talent and make the skill base stronger.

15% for 15% would be fair, and Dragoons could get 30% for 15%.

Or 30% for 15% but 10s less duration. I'd rather not be in that situation TOO long. Enough to get my dots and such off.
