It doesn't help at all when the rewards are nothing but some lame equipment without rank requirement. Everybody can equip it after playing several matches.

And the weapons don't even have glowing effect since i110. Disappointing.

The PvP gameplay itself is very imbalanced and the devs don't know how to balance them. They'll just nerf and buff stuffs that people complain for the most.

Materia effects do not work in PVP zones anymore, they phased this out when frontline started and recently removed it from level 50 Wolves Den as well.

Alternatively just double the Tomestone rewards but only award those Tomestones to the team that wins. Basically the winners are walking away with the loser's Tomestones.
