I didn't really know where to ask this, but I'm fairly new to this game. Only been playing a few months and I haven't really made much progress, but anyways, I was looking at allied seals gear, which I guess is really old tomestone gear, and for Paladin it only had the shield and not the weapon. Is Weathered Burtgang no longer available in the game at all? Also, is Tomestone of Law gear available through any medium as well? I've tried multiple searches and I have found no answer as to why the weapon would be missing from the NPC menu, and I haven't found whether or not Law gear is still available.

Any help is appreciated.
