Finding a free company

Anyone able to help me I can't find a way in game to search for or find active free companies on my server that fit what I'm looking for is there a way to see free company information inside the game all the post in forums and reddit seem old or out dated

There is a guild search on the Lodestone you can change it to show Cactuar only guilds. Though since I am on your server I can probably give you some suggestions if you'll tell me what you're looking for in a guild.

They need a Free Company finder to be honest, let Free Companies publish a PF like recruitment list and tab it with the PF to filter PF from FC recruiment.s

I'm looking for a fc that runs a lot together I'm not a big fan of the duty finder as it groups me with players from different servers so I don't feel like there is even a reason to chat. I'm new to 14 but I want to find a company that raids together I don't want to find a static to run things. I'd like a fc with a decent amount of ps4 players to get in PlayStation party and run. And I'd like it to be less than 50 members so I'm not just a number

You're basically describing my FC, except we don't have a lot of PS4 players.

Lodestone or even try asking around in the city states i always see recruitment in ul dah good luck finding a fc

How accurate is lodestone like say a free company was founded in 2013 will lodestone know if the free company is still active or could a fc be set to open recruiting and actually have gone inactive but not changed a guild setting so lodestone sees it as active when its really dead?

It gives you a rank of how active they ate though I don't recall what they base it off, I think how many company credits they obtain. But aside from that it doesn't really tell anything. You could always make your own and get people, I started a solo fc all for the purpose of getting pure profit off airships once I get rank 6. But have been thinking about grabbing some people to keep it going. It might be something you want to look into.

I used Reddit to find the FCs I'm in on my main and alt. I saw my FC leaders posting on the game's sub there and thought they seemed much friendlier and more engaged with their FCs than the previous ones I'd been in. It works.

If the posts on Reddit or the forums are a few weeks old you can post or message and see if recruiters are willing to talk. With FCs on the Lodestone it's harder to get in touch, not to mention harder to gauge whether it's a strong community or just a zergfest.
