New Mount: Bennu

I'm so getting this the first moment I can log on and purchase. I've been selling crafted items, demimateria and material like mad trying to save up for the normal Zu (made almost 4 million in the last week), but now I can have one and save all my gil for something else!

I think Bennu looks cool, so I'll most likely be getting it. But if it does play T12 music, I might not ever walk again.

The Bennu files have been in the game since 3.2 and there was a string found in the data mining that apparently plays the T12 music

I'm sure they'll make a separate Blue-version of Bennu that can swim and charge double for it.

Maybe the birds will have a penguin mode?

Technically yes, in flame related colors of orange and red. But, it is still a perfect representation of the large Bennu birds from T12, much like the Zu mount is like the boss from Pharos Sirius. To me, this is even more exciting because this makes it look like a Phoenix.

I'll buy it if it is a 2-seater. That is something SE needs to work on. More ways to obtain mounts that can have TWO riders. So it is available for everyone and not just those getting married or those that apparently live in a neighborhood with an endless stream of gamers they can invite. Put it for allied seals maybe, or tomestones. Or even as a reward for an achievement all players can fulfill... Or just put it on Optional Items like Bennu...

the fat chocobo might not be able to swim, but will definitely float.

Does anyone have a good screenshot of a Bennu? T12 is actually the one turn I've never been in.

I believe it's the bird on the bottom left corner, under the Zu.
