    Item for relic from old raids ?

    A FC member told me you can get a weekly item for your relic Anima weapon by doing CT,WoD and ST. So that leaves me w/A few questions 1. Whats the name of the item? 2. Do I need to pick up a weekly quest(somewhere)? 3. Do I just clear the three raids and it appears in my inventory like the farthing from VA? If its true do i need to be past the 12 luminous crystal part of the Relic quest?
