[Suggestion]Determination materia Grade 4?

Hey! (First time posting here so plz go easy on me )

So, since 3.2 I have been spending all my hard earned Gil and then some with materia and was wondering:
"Why does the grade 4 Determination materia only give 6 stat points instead of 9 like the grade 4 Crit materia?"

I can see it being so in 2.x but now, since Crit is generally a better stat, why not make both give 9 stat points?^^

Determination has a lower cap on gear, so that is probably why.
Example: i240 body has max Crit of 112 and max Determination of 107.
