Is chocobo racing the fastest way to earn MGP now

from 3.25, or are these only one time rewards like dungeon first times. What are the regular rewards then? I might actually try Chocobo racing now that the rewards seem decent enough where I don't want to spend 1 year of grinding to buy an emote. /kappa1337doritosmlgkarambitfade

Directly from patch notes. No idea what you can get after that. Probably nothing since they sound kinda like the Verminion challenges.

The challenge race rewards require hefty stats. My pedigree 2 chocobo is not even 80 rating at rank 40. It's really going to depend on how much they increased the regular race rewards, because it's pretty excruciating road to pedigree 9.

Getting to 9 isn't that bad, unlike how it was when it first came out. Very much a tedious grind still though. It's getting a good bird at ped 9 that's going to make or break your "endgame" racing lol. RNG is no different in Chocobo breeding than it is in any other part of the game.

yeah i burnt alot of mgp trying to get really good certificates to breed with.. in the end i thought yeah ill wait til get fenrir atleast think im currently grade 4 or 5 so hope its enough for some challenges lol

It's all about the baby steps in order to save your sanity. With the adjustments to the NPCs and map layout, hopefully it won't be as much of a (seemingly) cheating situation like it is/was. NPCs bypassing environment obstacles (like the Peiste) in higher rating brackets and so on. That crap infuriates me when I encounter it. My bad luck and bs situations in racing games is uncanny. Friends that I've played Mario Kart with would absolutely testify to that.

I loved chocbo racing and this is a welcomed addition for more MGP but I wish they'd put as much effort into story content as they do PvP and Gold Saucer content (LoV/Chocobo Racing/Mini-Games)

I think it's fast, but keep in mind it costs MGP to raise your Chocobo as well. Costs have been cut down but it's still going to take time.

A combination of Chocolate racing/GATE's should yield the fastest amount of MGP IMO. Don't forget challenge log.
