I would have a nostalgia-gasm if they introduced some of the classic and iconic weapons from Phantasy Star Online in the game.

They might troll us with a Club of Laconium though.

If they had weapons it would be like:

Cross Scar for Ninja (or maybe zero divide)
DB saber/DB shield for PLD
Laconium Axe for WAR
Flowen Sword for DRK
Psycho wand for BLM
Siren Glass hammer for WHM
Rika's Claw for MNK
Frozen Shooter for MCH

Not sure for the other classes

Also a Sato mag minion would be neat

EDIT: Probably a Solferino for AST, as it look kinda like an astrometer. But those are all weapons found in PSO and PSO Blue Burst, i don't know for PSO2.

I always thought Sato Mags were overrated and people only wanted it because it was a mechanical cat.

A Nidra Mag was just better and easier to raise along with the same abilities and stats. Of course, it was a mechanical scorpion and naturally everyone would gravitate to the cat Mag.

I won't deny that my love for Sato is because of its cat appearance but also that i was/still am a Sato mag feeder. The invincibility was a neat bonus too, upon reaching 100 PB. Nidra would be my second pick cause you know, mechanical scorpion.
