How could you not have known? I mean just because you were out of town, couldn't you check your phone on the official site under "Special News"? It's the first thing that shows up on mobile? There is no way of you knowing if you don't check the website. I mean it's common knowledge that maint is normally before reset. And that if there IS going to be maint it's up in the "Special News" category a few days before maint actually happens....

They least they could do is delete this thread for you not getting things just handed to you. You missed out, tough luck. I've missed out on stuff in game previously due to IRL stuff I was doing (Anime Weekend Atlanta, going out of the state with no way to play), I didn't complain like a child when I didn't max out that week.

Try planning to do stuff sooner rather than later. If you don't like it, stop giving them your money every month.
