Will the game release unlimited retainers before they start charging a monthly fee?

Will the game release unlimited retainers before they start charging a monthly fee? This is the only question I am concerned with at the current time. I know alot of you are probably wondering the same thing. I myself used the Buddy Pass to create a secondary account for storage of items, and do not wish to keep this account after the fees begin. Having to pay for 1 account is more than enough, but a second I use for storage of items is too much money being paid out. If they do release retainers before the charges start though would be a great idea, since it will take hours after hours, transferring items at 4 per trade, so last couple days I could clean up the second account and have it ready to be deleted.

Are you kidding? Unlimited retainers? There's absolutely no need for that. It's up to the user to prioritize inventory space, it's not up to SE to keep pumping retainers into our pockets because people are pack rats. On top of that, they just gave us an extra 200 slots this recent patch.

Believe he's talking about the original plan, which was +$1 per month for each additional retainer. Which, y'know, makes sense.
