New sitting animation, and Lean animation

This game does an amazing job with immersion from emotes, standing postures, sitting, laying.

There's just one or two things I've always wanted to really put it over the top. An animation for "laying" in a beach chair, like in the Limsa housing district. Just being able to lay on the ground (Like laying on a towel on the beach or the picnic area) would also work. The other is leaning against walls. I can think if many places where this would be perfect.


Laying on a couch or on someone elses lap would be good too, but that's wishful thinking and not necessary.

I would like this. (maybe let you lay on couches too?). Its a shame that they have the beach chairs but you can't even really sit in them.

I like this idea. However, I don't think it will happen. The devs have already stated in the past that we can only lay down in beds in FC/personal housing because they're worried about lewd behavior in the open world.

That is a really silly thing for them to be worried about. People can already do pretty uhh...strange stuff with emotes >.<

I've always laughed when Devs use the "lewd behaviour" excuse & then make most female characters (including emotes etc) basically a Japanese businessman's fantasy. The emotes some females make are almost indistinguishable from a porn movie audio if done to sound that way.

People will always find a way & it's all "double entendre" unless it's specifically designed to be a lewd act. Add in the OPs request for crying out loud; it's a bit of fun. If people wanted to see genuine filth they just need to open up *any* browsing enabled platform!
