Vote dismiss abuse in expert roulette

I tried to file a harassment report in the game, but it would not let me fill in the ticket boxes under any of the areas (harassment, cheating, bug, suggestion). I don't know if this is a known bug or what.

I was running my daily expert roulette and noticed we were taking a long time killing the trash at the beginning of the Antitower. I don't even use parsers, so I have no idea what it actually was. I was just doing a comparison to how fast they normally die. I made a comment to the affect of, 'The second boss is going to be difficult for us'. They asked why and I said it felt like the dps was a little low. The party then proceeds to quesiton why I would say that. I told them I've just run it enough to know. Some exchange goes back and forth, all the while I remain civil.

We get to the second boss and before the pull, (I'm the tank), I say, "I did not mean to offend anyone by my comment. I was making an honest observation." The reply was very harsh from the healer, to the point of harassing my character. I go ahead and pull anyway and hope for the best.

Well, we end up killing the boss with little problems. So, I was proved wrong, I'll admit. They initiate a vote kick before the chest is opened and I'm kicked out. The player who was verbally harassing me was named Nawashiro Kurogane. The other two players said words, but not in a harassing way.

I'm not sure if anything will come of this... probably not. SE usually tells you to black list someone if you have a problem with them. In this case, they are probably not even on my server and hopefully, I never see them again. It's just too bad good players are kicked over disagreements in dungeons. It should be monitored more closely.

I would kind of like to see the text log of the incident... Not that I'm saying your word is untrustworthy, but in things like this it's easy to see one's self as the victim even when it was an even exchange. That's how perspective works sometimes...

You should edit your post and remove the players name.
You can't name-and-shame here, you'll only get in trouble if you keep it there.

If you wanted to file feedback and considered it harassment, you'd file it under harassment. Seems like the likely place to go for this scenario. However GMs don't get involved in player disputes. So expect nothing to happen unless they had a large history of this.

same situation here as in other thread. this is no technical issue. the vote system works as SE wants it to be.
Its for the group to decide with which they want to play.

my opinion: look at your self, did you made a mistake? is your dmg good regarding your gear? if YES - ignore them and search for another group, you have no penalty and can be proud that your not playing anymore with those guys.
note: blacklist doesnt help you here, it wil not prevent you from joining them random via DF.

If you do a search on the forums here, you'll find that any circumstance of being kicked is acceptable. The core of their kick system has them saying that players have every right to kick anyone, at anytime, if they don't want to play with them for any reason.

I would strongly suggest removing the name, can get you into trouble on the forums.

However, it sounds like you are the one that got lucky. Me personally, i'd wait til we failed on the boss, then say dps needs to kick it up a notch. I personally don't care if everyone is min/maxing, i just want to see the job get done. But if the healer was being a d*** about dps, then them kicking you should have been good for you. There is no penalty, start a new run with hopefully better dps.
