if you want respect, don't use the DF ? like come on, it's way out in the open obvious.

Only play with FC members, only play with Linkshell members, get people who are good and stop running with bads (DF).

We just need safety warnings for people who are new to the internet.

One bad person in a dungeon means everyone is bad. Makes sense.

So you punished everyone else in your group for his bad behavior?

Just...some people take advice as an insult and criticism as harrassment. Sometimes it's just better to keep one's mouth shut and leave the party silently if the people you're with suck so much that they're disfunctionally bad and either failing or significantly slowing down the group. If the bad players start being unable to complete content they will come out and ask for help on their rotation/mechanics/etc. Or, if their ego's that huge that they didn't think they did anything wrong, they might just quit and say this game is too hard. I am personally OK with either outcome.

The internet is good for that there plenty those people that have a short fuse that any moment could be set off by someones comment or actions.

It always sucks to deal with people like that, and some people have thicker skin than others, so I won't try and tell you to just ignore him. It can be pretty infuriating dealing with a jerk when most of us just want to play this video game and have fun.

That said, you showed a fair amount of disrespect for the other members of the party for essentially giving up and just tagging along. Where did your respect go?

Most players aren't like that BLM. Think about most of your df runs, I would venture a guess that most of them go by in relative silence, some are great with people joking and being friendly, and some are terrible with a person or two being toxic.

It's always sad to see someone have such a negative perception of the general playerbase based on a few bad apples.

I have never played a game where things like this have not happened. I don't agree with people acting disrespectful in any way, but that is never enough to make it go away.

I don't think a game does exist that is full of only respectful people, is not the reality of humanity.

I do find however that in the beginning of any new game there are far less disrespectful players, whether it is due to sheer lower populations or the fact that its "new" and people have yet to be scared by the game or by the actions of others....within a year, it all begins to show. More then likely a combination of both reasons. Experienced this pattern in every mmo I ever played.

This game was never immune to it, or free from it, nor any game.

We just need safety warnings for people who are new to the internet. Mentally prepare them for everything they could possibly come in contact with. If you want to make use of the internet you will need to grow a thicker skin instead of taking everything seriously and personally. People that are easily offended or emotionally fragile really have no business on the internet.
