Steps:
Doing the seasonal event for my Alt characters. Obtained the achievement and related item. Then continued seasonal quest to obtain 8 certificates of collaboration in order to buy the peach confetti, cherry confetti, mantelshelf, and little lady's/lord's clogs.
After purchasing the items, I logged out of the game each time.
Today, I find that the affected characters don't have the items but have the 8 certificates of collaboration.
