How do you enable expanded controls L2+R2 R2+L2

Character Configuration -> Hotbars -> Cross -> Expanded Hold Controls
Check the Enable box, and select which hotbars you want it to show.



You can assign half of a hotbar to L2+R2, and half of a hotbar to R2+L2. They can either be the two sides of one hotbar, or if you want one to be universal and the other class/job specific, you can assign half of each of two hotbars. (On the "Sharing" tab you can specify which hotbars are class/job specific and which shared between all classes/jobs.) Or, if you want the same skills regardless of which of the two buttons are pressed first, you can assign them to the same half of the same hotbar.
