They already said that if we do get an API, it's going to be cosmetic modifications only. There's zero reasons not to have it implemented it already, unless they have a parity deal with Sony or something.I honestly think it goes deeper then that, if parsers were such a problem then the API can be made to ignore the battle log, you can only make an addon within the API framework, if the framework does not read the battle log then you can't make an ingame parser, something else is playing a bigger role to this then DPS meters, SE are just using it as a cover up for a bigger reason and I think the consoles themselves or Sony is placing this restriction.
