So who's fearing what they have in store for us Anima-wise?

Will Square show some mercy, considering the ridiculousness of the last step? Or are we FATEd (heh) to an even grindier step this time around?

My hope is that, like everything 3.2 has been so far, the new step moves towards not being the annoying grind that HW has become synonymous with. Even if it's a lot of work, it'd be nice to have a step that doesn't force us to run the same stuff 200+ times, for example.

My heart tells me, though, that we're going to have to buy Diadem-Favors with red scrips to gather etirdnaxelA, which are needed to melt 200 tier V materia to your relic.

FWIW, I'm actually hoping for a nerf of the previous step at least. It's a lot of work for a 210 weapon.

I'm not sure. I have a feeling it's going to be an over-the-top grind for like an i225 weapon. If that is the case, then I'll pass. If it's not so bad a grind and 235 I'll def do it. If it is something in between (230, medium grind or some other combo) we'll see.

Its probably going to be 230, with 240 being the 3.3 goal (putting it alongside upgraded Lore weapons but still below Raid.) Materia won't be needed next step but personally I assume they will be for the 3.3 part. That said Tier V materia will be the ones least needed most likely, just near the end if its similar to before. Also won;t be any Alexandrite (and probably no equivilent to it.)

For tomorrow's specifically...I assume its going to be another grind more similar to Light grinding then anything involving actual items.

I suspect a return of Diadem, Gain 99 spoil tokens for 1 Alexanderite style item, which u then need 80!
