I think it's more than just being on JP severs, you need to have a JP mog station account since they did say the codes wont work for NA/EU. That and you need to buy Japanese 7/11 stuff (which isn't bad if you already buy stuff there)

I also want the option of having the ability to acquire gear released for any version of the game, in any region. NO region locked gear, or items, please!
