What the hell? The Americans are able to place a single order on Amazon, cancel that order, and get the promotional items for free whilst the EU players have to subscribe to a magazine they have no interest in for three whole months? How the hell is that even remotely fair?

That's the point, they abused the event so SE had to find a definite way we pay for our promotion to get the items.

Even so they still got away with it. Not only that but a three month subscription to a magazine is both more expensive than the NA promotion and leaves us with something we don't want. At least the NA players were able to buy something they genuinely wanted to get the codes.

Not only that, I had a mentor on my server encouraging people to abuse the promotion in mentor chat and reported it. They have not been banned....

Such a major difference though at least with Amazon you were getting something "useful".

Wish they had simply done something like a promotion at McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks etc., at least thats something EU countries have in common?

I'll have a little wait to see how the promotion is in my country since I don't actually live in the UK but if it's going to be anything similar I'm gonna have to pass. I don't need a maid outfit that badly anyway.
