[Suggestion] Class and Job Ability Cooldown Alerts and Timers

This has probably been suggested before but I think it would be nice to have an option to get timers and alerts for your abilities in combat. Just something simple like popup text or audio cue or something similar to how the WoW addon WeakAuras works. I don't think it would be too hard to implement in the game.

You can technically make them yourself with macros

Well, you can do it with a macro provided that there's only one such cooldown you want to use it for, and you don't plan on using any other macros while waiting on that cooldown. The general rule that only one macro can be active at a time limits tracking multiple overlapping cooldowns, or using both a cooldown macro and also another unrelated targeting or party notification macro, for instance.

It's still a useful approach in some situations, and I know some players use it, but the suggestion of a separate feature for notifying us of them could be better than what's currently available with macros.

Ah, thanks for the suggestion! I'm a pretty new player and I didn't realize that you could do that. Still, it would be nice to have something integrated in to the UI without having to mess around with macros.
