Hello fellow Levi players!

I'm taking an extended break from the game for a bit, and am looking to sell my house (Medium). It's Ward 2 Plot 46 Lavender beds, next to an Aetherite and Marketboard. I've never sold a house before so I'm not 100% sure what the process is -- any insight you could give me would be most appreciated!
