    Let tenants hold houses

So my friend has stopped playing, but me and another friend are her tenants at her house, she's coming up to 45 days inactive now and from what I've heard tenants don't count towards keeping the house.

Me and my other friend still use the house and have put furnishings etc. In there including ones that can't be removed. Basically it's as much our house as hers and we're going to lose it because she doesn't want to log in.

Please make it so tenants can keep housing, this can't be any different to how free company members can keep a FC house even if they weren't the one who purchased it so why can't tenants?

You could make a game where all you did was run through fields of flowers holding hands and you'd still get a guy telling you you're doing it wrong.

It's probably because tenants have no ownership of the house at all. With a FC house if the leader doesn't log in then it automatically passes the lead to the next highest ranking (active) person and so forth. That doesn't happen with personal housing so tenants entering the house don't reset the timer either.

I fully support this. I think the tenants should be able to reset the timer.

Isn't there a free login campaign going on right now? Just get her to login and step into the house; that way you guys at least won't lose it for the next 45 days. Either that or get ready with the funds to re-buy the house when gets released. I know, neither of these are great options for tenants but atm they're your only options. :/

I agree that tenants should be able to refresh the house timer. There is another thread where if the primary house owner is inactive the property defaults to a tenant; which would also be a great change.
