Q about quests. Do they Respawn?

I'm a lvl 11 Lancer and I'm working on leveling an Archer.

I see a bunch of quests around lvl 5-8 I never did with my Lancer.

If I do these as my Archer, are they gone for good? Or will they Respawn so I can do them when I'm leveling my Pugilist for example?

I guess I'm worried about running out of quests before I get all my characters leveled.

Side quests and main quest are done only once. Specially marked repeatable quests (dailies and weeklies) and levequests are repeatable.

They are one time one quests. Repeateable quests will have a circle with a arrow icon instead of the ! icon.

Hunt log and fates are the way I level other classes until 15 then I do dungeon runs.

You find also around Ul'dah and Limsa other lv1-15 sidequests and every class get a own hunting log from their guilds. And every class get bonus exp if it is not the one with the highest level.
Also do the one quest in Limsa that unlock the challenge log after the mainstory lead you to Limsa.

No, and you shouldn't worry about it, just do them.

Quests aren't efficient after you level your first class, alts are done much faster via fates and dungeons due to the armory bonus.
