Always try to buff as a AoE

Not always fight the DPS the same target.
You have to switch between every enemy to see which DPS have the highest enmity on his target (or on every enemy in total if a DPS is a BLM).


Another questions, what exactly is the difference between spear and arrow?

Arrow is kind of like haste. For example, if in 10 seconds you'd normally be able to use 5 attacks, repeating the situation with arrow on would allow you to do 6 attacks in that same time frame of 10 seconds.

Spear reduces the cooldown of abilities. So if a skill normally takes 60 seconds before it can be used again, spear would make it take only 50 seconds before it can be used again.
