All this would do is make sprint useless and in need of removing from the game. :/
Casters and healers are more positional required and it's harder for them to escape cone effects and other things, it's fine how it is.
The clipping it would cause would just be a pebble on a mountain of other issues, there's no reason Herklaedi shouldn't have a cape.
Either that or remove the TP cost. As it stands, one group of players who should be physically fitter (DoW) are crippled if they sprint, but casters can keep on trucking. If it doesn't cost casters anything, why should it criple DoW players, especially tanks like PLD who already have well known TP issues.
This added to the fact that melee and tanks would tend to benefit more from the increased movement speed than healers and casters do.Either that or remove the TP cost. I like being able to see the belts in 1.0 clipping never bothered me they should of just got rid of the belt piece completely after removing it appearance.Considering version 1.0 of FFXIV had belts with their own unique appearance, only for that to be scrapped in the changeover to ARR (SE stated this was because having belts with it's own unique appearance actually limited the designs of gear that could be implemented due to clipping issues),
you are not cool enough for capes, only garlean generals deserve them.
