Are there consequences for being frequently kicked?

I would like to know, since this applies to me. I've been a player since February 2015, playing FFXIV through 3 characters. For several months, since July, I've been servinv in AmeriCorps, so I had to leave home for 10 months. I play FFXIV on PS4, so with PSVita's remoteplay, I've been able to stay as an active player. The problem comes when I'm running a dungeon and the screen suddenly becomes a pixelated mess and I lose connection with the PS4. When this happens, it'll appear like I'm standing still, while I try to get back into the game. This has happened quite a few times and players have removed me for appearing to be AFK. Not only that, but even at home, I would get error 90002, due to our bad internet. Is there a penalty for getting kicked a number of times? I'd hate to get banned over situations out of my control. Plus, if there is something, is it account-wide, meaning it tallies on all 3 characters?
