Long Cooldown on all skills

My cooldowns with all my skills are 28 minutes+ everytime I use them, screen shot attached:

Cooldowns are completely broken in 1.19. I mostly get too short cooldowns, though.

This is what also happens with our LS members. We have to log off and back in for it to work and display properly.
