Barely anyone hunts on Cerberus anymore, in fact I think people generally stopped hunting not even that long after Heavensward was released. It went from people zerging them to nobody even calling them. The back and forth arguments about how many people hunt on each others servers is rather silly as every server is different.

I don't see the point in scaling their HP back when it will need to be increased again when they become relevant - but I do think they should implement a system where a hunts HP is determined based on how many people previously killed the hunt. I made a thread requesting this a long time ago and didn't get much response, however this is how the FATE system works so I don't see anything wrong with applying this to hunts.
