    Percentage of 2nd melding success

    Hey all, quick question/suggestion I'd like to put out there for others to help in testing. I've noticed that there are a lot more pieces of gear leaning more towards magic craftsmanship with the release of patch 1.19 as opposed to standard craftsmanship. Now think of that and the fact that melding materia is magical, what do you guys think of a full magic craft build for materia melding to increases the success rate?

    Maybe the success rate is not able to be altered, but this sounds logical to me and is worthy of testing, I think. Has anyone tried this, and have you noticed any positive results?

    the only thing that I have heard, second hand, is that HQ items will increase the %. Im not a crafter so I cant really meld any materias myself. I know food was tested, different materia combinations, moon phase, weather, etc etc. only thing that upped the % was starting off with a +1 gear
